Terms of service

You must be at least 13 to use Viscanon. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Purchases must be managed by an adult.

Keep your account secure and use invitations and sharing controls responsibly. Do not bypass access controls, abuse the service, impersonate others, or use Viscanon unlawfully.

You retain rights you already hold in your content. You give Viscanon permission to host, process, display, and share it as needed to provide the features you request and show it to authorized collaborators. Viscanon will not use private campaign content in public advertising without your permission.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Buying an adventure or owning a copy does not necessarily grant permission to redistribute its text or illustrations.

Do not request or submit pornographic or nude imagery, including artistic nudity, or attempt to bypass content-safety checks. This applies to campaign artwork, Memories, and reference images, including future batch tools. Contact support if you believe content was incorrectly blocked.

AI artwork can contain errors, resemble other output, or fail to match your instructions. Review it before use. Viscanon does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party claims.

The importer reads supported files in your browser and proposes chapters, locations, characters, scenes, public descriptions, and artwork for your review. The original PDF is not uploaded or stored by Viscanon. Only entries and artwork you confirm are added to your campaign.

PDF extraction is limited to 24 megapixels per embedded image, 384 megapixels total, and 300 review images per import. Images that exceed those limits or use unsupported encoding may be skipped. To keep review manageable, the importer may remove repeated images, page backgrounds, low-detail textures, decorative title graphics, item illustrations, and confidently generic creature artwork. Uncertain subjects remain available for review.

Importer results are suggestions. Layouts, fonts, scans, and multi-column pages can cause missed or misclassified entries, relationships, text, or artwork. Review names, entry types, chapter and location relationships, public descriptions, and image assignments before importing.

The price and benefits shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Memberships renew monthly until canceled. Current plans and credit-pack prices are shown on the Pricing page.

Cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from the pricing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately with the displayed prorated adjustment; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Credits are service entitlements, not currency, and cannot be sold or transferred between users. A GM may reserve separate campaign credits for each joined player. Those credits remain restricted to that player’s use in that campaign.

Returning to Free preserves existing campaigns, entries, artwork, and unused account credits. Free restricts additions to one active owned campaign and, per campaign, five locations, fifteen characters, and thirty scenes. Existing work remains viewable and editable even when it exceeds those limits.

Batch artwork generation is in development and is not yet available. The Pricing page describes the planned member feature. Eligibility, credit use, and any quote will be shown before it becomes available.

Our Refunds & cancellations policy explains membership cancellation, the seven-day unused-purchase rule, and how to request help. It does not limit rights required by law.

Before requesting account deletion, transfer ownership of active campaigns or delete them individually. Account deletion is requested through the Contact page and reviewed separately from cancellation.

Service limits, maintenance, safety controls, and spending safeguards can temporarily pause generation or uploads. Keep independent backups of important campaign material.

We may restrict misuse or unlawful activity and will provide notice when appropriate. We may update these terms as Viscanon changes; the effective date above will show the latest version.
